Picture different than item received, misleading title including search words

I've been selling on here for close to 6 years now and as you all do I go through a lot of bubble mailers. I was in a hurry put a search in for 8x12 kraft bubble mailer, brought up the lowest priced one and made the purchase. When I received them, they were not bubble mailers; they were in fact regular 8x12 kraft envelopes identical to the mailers without bubbles. I brought up the listing again, clearly a picture of a bubble mailer but in the title it states "no bubble". I checked out the other pictures, the second one is iffy but appears to be bulging out like it is a bubble mailer, the 3rd & 4th pictures were definitely of plain old envelopes. So I figure yeah they got me so I started a return, the seller replies and wants me to close the case and pay for the shipping myself saying that it was MY mistake and sort of gets an attitude with me.  I told them the main picture on the listing is of a bubble mailer and that is what I was ordering.  They are telling me that the main picture is not a bubble mailer but is of the item I received and even went as far as saying that I am being dishonest. I then proceeded to tell him I am not the one deceiving people by putting in search terms and even pictures of the item and hide behind "well I said no bubble in the title". If they had put nothing about bubbles in the title my search never would have brought me to the listing, however since he stated "no bubble" they knew it would show up in a "bubble mailer" search. Luckily (for me this time anyway),  ebay almost always sides with the buyer . But, since my integrity is now being questioned I felt inclined to report this listing to ebay although I doubt they will do anything, but this seller has another account that is even in another state makes me wonder if it's some sort of money laundering scheme. Anyway, what do you guys think, am I wrong here? I am usually not so gullible but I know what a bubble mailer is, I looked at the listing and saw a bubble mailer in the picture and received regular envelopes how would you feel? If I was retired and didn't have anything better to do I would report every one of their listings. Even if they used proper English "no bubbles" the search would not have even come up which is why I think they are being deceitful. Anyway, have a good one! -Steve

Just do what all the other buyers do, open a INAD and don't respond.

Go silent, and completely stop talking to the seller. After 3 business days, if you still don't have a refund or a prepaid return label, come back and click Ask eBay to step in.

No, it's not.

We have no bahamas today.

There is no point getting into an argument with the seller.

File your case and get your refund.

If you feel inclined, report the listing for search & browse manipulation:

I put him in his place (or her) last message when they accused ME of being dishonest, I don't plan on answering any more they don't have a leg to stand on anyway. I always try to give anyone the benefit of the doubt but this is a truly degenerate person. Thanks and have a good one
