Hello,
I received my recent eBay purchase yesterday and the item was not as described in the listing. I ordered a pair of Nike's that were listed as one size and I was sent a different size instead. I tried initiating a return, but eBay closed the case saying "items covered by Authenticity Guarantee can’t be returned if the seller doesn’t accept returns or if the return is submitted outside the seller’s return window."
I then sent an appeal and it looks like eBay accepted the return, but is asking for me to send the item back to the authentication partners. My problem is I never received a return label or instructions for sending back the item to be "re-authenticated." How do I go about this situation? Thank you to anyone who can assist!

Do you have an option, in the drop down menu next to the item, to print a label?

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately I do not see that drop down menu next to my open appeal case for the item. I would like to upload a few images and show you what I'm seeing on my end, but every time I attempt to attach an image under "insert/edit image" to my post it says I need to type in the source and put in dimensions? If you don't mind walking me through that as well that would be great. Thank you.
