Has anyone else had an issue with boxes being delivered empty claims and you know good and well you sent the package with the item very well shipped to the buyer. Buyer stated it was poorly shipped and no golf club was there. We took extra care to ship this item in a long box and feel like he got his item. We're going to check with the postal services tomorrow but he's already filed for a refund. How do we as sellers prove we shipped our items and they were in the box? Contacting ebay is so hard to do and even then I am sure they will take the buyers side?
