I ordered lipstick from eBay because it was the only place that had the color I wanted. I have received two more deliveries of the lipstick in separate packages that I did not order. Please let me know who to contact about this issue.

You didn’t order the lipstick from eBay, since eBay doesn’t sell anything itself.

 

You ordered the lipstick from a specific seller … and that is who I would contact about the problem.

 

You can use the ‘Contact seller’ link in the listing to reach the seller.

You can contact two of your friends to let them know that you just got two free lipsticks and you're giving one to each of them!  (Or you can keep them for yourself I suppose.)

You can reach out to the seller but you are not under any obligation to return them. Seller messed up, it's their fault.

Contact your seller. I would definitely contact the seller and let them know. This is an error on the sellers part.
