A return was sent to the wrong address

How do I get in contact with ebay??

Im.dealing with a buyer who lied about the item and sent it to the wrong location. How do I reach ebay about this, it is urgent!!

Did they use a shipping label provided through Ebay or did they change the address?

No way that the Return was sent to an old address (of yours) that might still be on file with eBay, maybe? 🤔

This is the likely reason on how it ended up there. But my delivery address is set to my current address not the VERY old one.

They did, yes. But it still is the wrong address and I need to get in contact with ebay. the automated chat is garbage

Your return address as a seller is not the same as your buyer delivery address.

When I sold, if I needed eBay I'd go the facebook route. Always got good, quick ACTION. Send a message on the eBay page.

If your return address is wrong, there's nothing Ebay will do about it.

Sellers are responsible for keeping all their addresses up to date.
