I sent an item to one of my customers. I sent him a good value product but he tells me that my product is of poor quality. He has opened a reversal and he has given me a negative feedback. What should I do now? Please help me.

Stop selling that cheap junk from China.

Accept the return, pay return shipping and refund the buyer when it's returned.

Or, refund the buyer and let them keep it.

Just so you know, the items drop-shipped from China are usually NOTHING like what the pics show.

Any name brand items that you are dropshipping from China, such as a Diesel watch, are almost guaranteed to be counterfeit.  You are charging $32 for a watch that sells from $150 and up. Your watch is unlikely to be authentic and is illegal for you to sell it here.

You  should take down your other "Diesel' watches.  I'm surprised that this is your first complaint.

Tagging on to @pjcdn2005 's advice... you advertise a Hip-Hop bucket hat and show a KANGOL bucket hat in the photos, but list it as a "Kangaroo Embroidery Brand" in the item description. Another example of a big no-no. Get used to Returns.

That is a well deserved negative.  A few more of those and you will be suspended. You can NOT sell fake items here. In fact, it's illegal to sell fake items anywhere.
