There is no easy way to tell you this. You have been scammed. You found this vehicle listed on another site, not eBay, and were evidently told the transaction would be handled through eBay. That was a lie. eBay has nothing at all to do with anything listed for sale on any other site except eBay. Why would they?
You paid with gift cards. Gift cards are untraceable, just like cash. When they are gone, they're gone.
There is no car. There is no soldier, widow, divorcee or whatever other persona you were told was selling the car. You have lost all your money.
This is a fairly common scam and we are so sorry you fell for it.
To be clear, this sale had nothing at all to do with eBay.
