We’ll have Q&A opportunities during the announcements as well as our eBay Booths will open for the duration of the event to answer questions that come up after the announcements!

events_team@ebay there's seems to be a lot of misunderstanding going on here today.

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques was looking for advanced notice on the formal Fall Update to set time aside to make to here for it just like he has set time aside for eBay Open.

Your answer didn't address the request for advanced notice for the formal Fall Update.

Oh, I have plenty of questions for the booth people........that may be where I spend most of my time........

@dhbookds As far as "glitches" do you have examples for what issues you are running into? We will have various booths from different teams at open this year and some may be able to help answer questions you may have.

Hi, we won’t be indicating which sessions are live vs pre-recorded because they’ll be viewable the exact same way. All the sessions will be viewable after the event as well!

We’ll be covering some of the seller updates in various keynotes! Monday’s keynote will have announcements from Jamie Iannone President and CEO, eBay. Thursday’s keynotes will cover updates on product, shipping and payments.

events_team@ebay I would strongly encourage eBay to rethink this one - last year there were quite a few sellers who were very disappointed in the lack of transparency about recorded vs live.

I understand all the reasons why a session might be pre-recorded, just tell us that up front so there's no guessing at whether the execs talking on the screen are really there listening to our feedback in the chat or not.

Will there be any opportunity to interact with higher ups in order to get some sort of account rep or concierge set up? Pushing $500,000 a year in ebay fees paid (and growing) and having some sort of dedicated support channel would be nice. Anchor store supposedly has this, but there's been no indication of such. Was hoping to connect with someone inside to see what options there are.

Hi, unfortunately we don’t give advance notice for the Seller Updates because our teams are working until the last minute to ensure everything is ready for launch day!
