I know this is something that we brought to the team that handles the store shipping supplies earlier this year. It is something that is on their radar and if there are any changes to the amount we will be sure to let you know.

OMG I ask this at every Seller Check in or Seller whatever, when there is a meeting I get invited to. I've been doing that for at least 4+ years. It does get responded to by Ebay as a VERY good idea and they will pass it along to the right people. Of course we can see how much that has done for us.
As is true of many other things, shipping supply costs are simply outrageous but something we all have to deal with and still purchase. Why this request has fallen on deaf ears for so long is simply unconscionable. But clearly Ebay doesn't see this as an issue because they just won't address it.
Seems to me that whatever percentage Branded supplies go up, so should our coupons. Right now we need about a 100% increase since there has never been an increase since this benefit started.

When will adsteam@ebay provide details for Promoted Display ads?
This new ad types has been being tested since November 2022 with fake eBay test accounts and has been live testing with real seller accounts since January 2023.
It has apparently even developed to the point where eBay is referencing it in paid advertising sponsored content they are publishing on Insider Intelligence.

Sellers on our platform have experienced notable advertising success leveraging this data—from driving broader brand awareness with Promoted Display ads to more precise targeting of trending keywords and search terms with Promoted Listings AdvancedBETA—to better understand what customers are actively looking for.
So....why have sellers not been given any information about this new ad type and when can we expect to see it?

With respect, no it isn't. They may say it is, but the proof is in the lack of action. They have had plenty of time to properly adjust the coupons. But they haven't. Simply a non issue to those at Ebay which is very sad indeed. I like shipping in branded supplies, but I can't afford them many times.
