Hi @hidy-hoo - This option is still available as long as the buyer & seller have completed a transaction. Here is the page you'd go to: https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=9 to request that information.

Thanks @dtexley3, that is an excellent point!

We'll pass this on to the SH team and suggest they provide an overall comments option.

In the meantime as a workaround, each page within the Hub has a different survey to fill out. Depending on the feedback you have, please put it in the most relevant 'Tell us more' page/field.

The comments button on the Seller Hub Overview page doesn't work, it shows a survey.  This has been reported in other threads.  When you click on the comments button you get a multi-item survey style yes/no feedback page.  

All the other pages allow you to enter free text.
