@mr_lincoln Oh no! I'm sorry there's a new issue with the Hub. I'm trying to recreate what you've shown in the screen shot here and am unable to. Will you follow-up with the steps you're taking once you get into the Seller Hub, so I can attempt to recreate that on my end? It will help if we need to file a ticket. Thanks!

This is the Monthly setting for See all orders. There is a check box by each item on the list, check one. Go to the top of the list and use ANY pull down menu (as shown on my screen shot) and there is no DELETE function.
On each item's pull down menu, there is no DELETE FUNCTION. There is an "Archive" function but that only puts a listing at risk to be Ghost relisted in the future and sold again when the item may already be gone ...

Hi @vrykalak - you're correct that the videos from eBay Open weren't available on-demand during the conference, but you can watch them now on our eBay for Business YouTube channel (link here). A lot of that had to do with bandwidth, timing and needing any sprucing up or editing before posting it.

It was very easy to attend any event by clicking the proper button. You could even change from one event to the other in mid stream. No idea why you were having a problem....sounds like you didn't figure out what to click---it was a little circle with either a plus sign or an x in it, depending on whether you had clicked it to attend or not.

Hey @tsme35! I appreciate the feedback and also wonder how those sellers are surviving if they're selling items for pennies. I want to make sure that you know what is allowed with duplicate listings though, so you can report any you come across that are in violation of our duplicate listing policy. If you find any that don't meet the below requirements, please be sure to file that report:
- Have the same start price
- Have the same reserve price
- Have the same title and description
- Don’t use the Buy It Now option

Is there a sell through rate factor too? There use to be one. We see this a lot with Asian sellers and have for many years. I know I've reported them in the past with no luck, I'm sure others can attest to the same thing.
Hi @mam98031! I'm not aware of a sell through rate factor for this or anything else on the site. Specific to the duplicate auction listings though, as long as they meet the requirements I included above, they're allowed. I'll also include the link to the duplicate listing page here in case that provides any additional insight to the policy.

@coinslabz26 This feature has been deprecated, currently there are no talks of it coming back but I'm happy to pass along your feedback on it for sure!

Hi @theshoppingmom2! That's disconcerting! Especially if they happen to all be running into the same issue. It would be good to have them contact the payments team so they can get a handle on it now if there is something that's going on. If they aren't sure how to contact the payments team, have them go here and scroll to the very bottom of the screen. It may not hurt to contact the payments team yourself though, to ensure there is nothing going on with your account too.

Thanks for following up @tsme35! Sellers are allowed to create duplicate auction listings, so that's ok. If you report them and they aren't violating one of those four requirements I included in my last message, then nothing will happen as the listings won't be in violation of policy. If they are missing any of those four things though, action should be taken when you report the listing. I'll include the help page for duplicate listings here if you'd like to review the policy itself. Thanks!

@mr_lincoln Thank you! That took me to the page you're referring to. In the past, when you deleted something it was still in a deleted/archive folder for the 90-days until it disappeared. At this point, the option is to Archive them to remove them from the Manage all orders screen. I can appreciate your concern with listings accidentally getting relisted, but if that were to happen due to an error made on eBay's part somehow, then we should be able to make things right for you.
