The monthly reports have never been complete info as to what transpires within that month in MP. It has part of the info but not all.
It is reasonable to think that there should be summary numbers for each type of things happening to your account in a given month. Total funds incoming to the account, total fees, total shipping, total sales tax, etc. It should start with the previous months balance, then listing all the pluses and minuses in summary for the month, ending with the end of a month balance.
The idea of this report is fantastic. And it is fantastic that they have finally moved that they are now generated for all sellers on a calendar month as it would be a very few sellers that operate on a fiscal month. But now they need to get the report updated with the info we need to see.

@clarkphilatelics wrote:The eBay QuickBooks Online offer suggests that Managed Payments transactions can be imported. Is the import free with QuickBooks?
@clarkphilatelics I played around with it just to test it out - you will need have a Quickbooks Online subscription, but once you do, the import of transactions is "free" (no additional cost).

Hi @clarkphilatelics! That's a good question. I will pass this feedback on to the payment and reporting teams to see if that can be added back in if it was removed purposefully.

Edit to add (April 8th):
Hi @clarkphilatelics! The payments team came back to say that it wasn't on the original reports to begin with. They appreciate the feedback though and while it's not on the roadmap to add in right now, it's something they'll keep in mind for possible future updates.

velvet@ebay - I know you were looking into this and said you'd respond "if" you heard something back but I'd like to respectfully ask you and tyler@ebay to push for an answer, not just wait to possibly hear something back.
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/About-the-30c-fee/m-p/32832627#M1975953
The issue of the $0.30 fee refund only being applied to cancellations in the first hour through the drop down request function (not a message) ruffled a lot of feathers here in the community (rightfully so) because what we were told in the chat and in that thread didn't match with the wording or spirt of the Winter Update announcement.
Now some of us are experiencing that we are getting the fee refunded even for cancellations through messages outside of that hour timeframe *and* support is in fact telling people when they call that is what should happen, but it may take a week for the credit to appear.
It's great to be getting those credits, but sellers shouldn't be left wondering if it is a fluke or mistake that might go away at any time or if in fact that's how it's supposed to be working and we can consistently count on it.
Since the confusion and concern about this issue was mostly brought on by information shared by the community team, I believe there is a responsibility for you to push back and get real, reliable answers that you can share here - not just wait to see if someone internally responds, but leave it ambiguous if they don't.
Please escalate this to get a definitive answer for us & if you need help knocking on those doors - I'm sure many of us here in the community would be glad to do it. 😉
Thanks for this @valueaddedresource - we are doing what we can, and if we need you to be our big gun we'll make sure to let you know. 😉

How will the German packaging regulations announced today affect US sellers? Do they apply only to sellers on eBay.de?
Hey @clarkphilatelics this will only impact shipments coming from Germany, thanks!
Hi @clarkphilatelics I wanted to reach back out with new info as we got clarification. No matter the size of the seller (business or personal), if they are selling and shipping to Germany then they will need to comply with this requirement.

Edited 5/10/2022: We've been advised that this only applies to business sellers.

Are sellers expected to work seven days a week?
Why do Best offers expire after twenty-four hours, especially on a weekend? When did eBay shorten the time to respond to Best Offers? It is difficult enough to respond to Best Offers on consigned items during the week. What happens when sellers take the weekend off or consignors are not available outside of normal work hours? Why not make Best Offers remain open until the end of the next business day?
Any updates???
Hey @clarkphilatelics! I passed this feedback on last week and have not heard of any changes being made to that policy.

Hi @clarkphilatelics I don't have any insight on this but it looks like you can get some great info from @valueaddedresource on post 32!

Good afternoon eBay Support Team!
New USPS Fees:
I am curious about how some of the shipping weight and dimensions work with regard to the recent AND any other USPS rate increases. Are there scenarios where a transaction starts before the fee increase date but the purchase phase is completed right after that date? examples would be:
1. An Auction ends the day before the rate increase, Seller sends an invoice with PRE rate increase shipping costs. Buyer does not pay until one day AFTER the rate increase:
-This assumes the Buyer pays the PRE rate increase shipping cost as invoiced
-Will the Seller be forced to pay the new increased rates when they purchase their label?
2. Same scenario for an Accepted Best Offer - meaning the Offer is sent Prior to the rate increase but is Accepted AFTER the rate increase ... does the Buyer pay the Pre rate increase shipping but the Seller has to pay the increase shipping rates when they print the label?
Is there any cause for concern on higher return label costs such as:
3. Returns: Are Sellers charged the new shipping rates on a return where the original sale and subsequent shipping cost occurred BEFORE a rate increase? I believe eBay has negotiated lower shipping costs for return labels ... with regard to the April 3 rate increases would those lower negotiated rates apply or will the Seller be paying more than the original paid shipping label cost on a return?
Regards,
Mr. L
Hi @mr_lincoln - I've requested more input from the shipping team on these questions, I'll keep you posted as I hear back!

Edit to provide updated info (April 8th)
Hi @mr_lincoln! Tyler is out of the office today but the shipping team came back with a response to your questions so we wanted to make sure we got the info to you:
There are scenarios where the actual label cost could be more than the shipping cost quoted to the buyer at the time of the sale as a result of the recent USPS rate changes such as the examples you provided.
There are ways to mitigate impacts including factoring in the new rates before the rate change including
•Increasing the shipping cost for flat rate shipping
• Adding a handling charge for calculated shipping
•Printing labels for sold items the day before the rate change goes into effect
We can confirm that USPS Non-standard Fees and Dimensional Non-compliance fees do not apply to USPS First Class and Priority Mail Returns service.
