why do my categories in MyStore say undefined?

I went to look at the categories in my shop and they have all been replaced with "undefined".  I checked manage mystore and everything is OK there.  I changed between chrome, Firefox and even bing but they all showed the same any help would be great.

When I go into your store and use the drop down arrow I can see your categories, looks to be working okay.

I have the same issue. Go to the bottom of the store page and click"See All". That's where the categories are as "undefined". 

This issue is only on ebay.com.

On ebay.co.uk, ebay.de, ebay.com.au, etc, look to be okay.

I see all your store categories, even after clicking on See All.

What browser are you using @exuton and @japaninmotion?

@wastingtime101 Chrome (PC & Android). Has also issue with the eBay app.

I'm not able to duplicate it on Apple devices using Chrome. Hopefully some PC users will come along and test this on Chrome and the Android app for you.

thanks for the help.  i went to the uk site and everything looks ok.  I still don't understand why it is not on the US site.

I was on .com when I checked, all looks fine to me.

Hello, we are having the same issue...

Its been months but nothing has changed.  An IT guy even contacted me saying they are looking into but nothings changed.  Contact them.  If more people maybe it will get fixed

are you signing in on .com when you see the problem?  I'm on a pc and can get to and see store with categories fine....

When I go to view listings and then click on the store icon at the top..........I can get store not found.  (that link has been glitchy at times)

When I go to an item and use the view store it looks fine:

this what my my page has looked like for the last 6 months that i am aware of.   i have used my my work pc and at home pc and they all show this.  the drop down screen is fine but if i choose a catagory this is what it looks like.  i heard it only like this for ebay.com and no like .uk but which site is more popular to use?
