When you say you cannot use the four buttons, do you mean that you do not see the dropdown options when you hover the cursor over the buttons or click on them, or that the options show up but do not work, or something else?

Which browser are you using? Do you have the same problem if you use another browser?

If the problem is only in one particular browser, does the problem persist after signing out of eBay, clearing your cache and restarting your browser?

Those buttons are currently working for me in Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers.

thanks for your response. I'm using latest Firefox... tried to replicate the problem in Safari ( iMac ) and it works fine there. Yes, the problem is that the dropdown options "drop down", but do not work / respond to a "click" ! They have been working for me for "years" then all of a sudden about a month ago I noticed that the dropdown options aren't responding to my "clicks" . Will try clearing cache.

If the issue is persisting after clearing cache, I'm curious if you have any FireFox add-ons (for example, an adblocker?) If you do, could you try disabling those and seeing if that helps?
