I am trying to make a counter offer for an item I have been trying to get for a while. I am getting an error saying: we are unable to send your message this time! 

So infuriating...can you fix it?

Got the same message with error code e72528-1139572x when trying to use best offer.  I have no unpaid items against me so its not due to bad behavior.

I talked an agent via text window, told me they fixed it and nope nothing receiving same message as you guys. Trying to make an offer. Getting VERY ANNOYED
