volume price discount promotions

- i called re the volume pricing discount promotions - the marketing/promotions menu option shows it on every one of my listings with a jun 2022 ending date.

- for several hours the past 3-4 days i have tried multiple times through both the bulk edit of all listings/volume pricing option, radio button remove volume pricing from all listings.

-- but when i go to the marketing/promotions page it shows that all volume pricing listings still have the promotion.

-- the first representative i spoke with actually told me to delete the volume pricing promotions i had to:

----- a) select status of promotions to active.

----- b) pause each listing manually (which does no good because clicking on the pause button only refreshes the page with no change - on my end. the csr actually clicked on a listing to test it and when he clicked pause all it did was give him an error.

----- c) then i would have to change status to paused (because paused there is an option to delete - again by manually going through EVERY listing again) (note this is IF the promotion pauses.

note: that the marketing/promotions option page shows that you can select all listings on the left side.... but there is NO method to do ANY of these options to selected (or individual) listings: pause, resume, edit, end, delete (THE OPTIONS WERE REMOVED FROM THE PAGE).

note 2: i have 737 active listings. when i set status condition to active (with 200 items per page selected) it shows i have 3 pages worth of active listings. when i set status condition to paused it shows i have 3 pages worth of paused listings (again with 200 listings per page). at the best minimum there are 3 pages - 401 active listings; AND 401 paused listings for a total of 802 active and paused promotions - out of 737 active listings. i am NOT a math major, but then again this is very SIMPLE math that this EQUALS = E R R 0 R !!!!

I BELIEVE THIS IS ANOTHER OF EBAY'S PLANNED, PROGRAMMED AND EXECUTED "GLITCHES" FROM BULK EDIT (AGAIN) where bulk edit will allow you to ADD volume pricing (automatically a 3 year period), WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY REMOVING END AND EDIT OPTIONS FROM THE MARKETING/PROMOTIONS PAGE. (you know/remember that neat little drop down menu right above the promotions at the right side?) as well as breaking the "PAUSE"" option link to actually pause the promotion. IT CAN NOT BE A GLITCH AS THE PAUSE BUTTON (REFRESH ERROR) IS THE 3RD ITEM WHICH ALLOWS THE VOLUME PRICING TO BE BULK ADDED TO ALL LISTINGS WITH NO WAY TO REMOVE IT FOR 3 YEARS.

yes i have the call reference number and yes i got a little bit upset during the call where i spoke with the cs repr and supervisor after a 20min hold time.

if these really are "GLITCHES" THEN EBAY REALLY OUGHT TO GET REAL PROGRAMMERS, but not from cracker jack boxes .... i think maybe this is where ebay found the current coders since the coders now really are putting in SURPRISES!

but anyway, all i want are ALL promotions permanently removed, everything i am trying is wasted effort, over 20 hrs tied up in this already.

can you get this fixed and put the end, edit, delete etc option back on the marketing/promotions page AND if you can't remove the volume pricing option from bulk edit ... can you at least notified via note in the option that it is defaulted to 3 years and there currently is NO way to remove the volume pricing without editing every single listing and manually removing it?

thank you.  any chance of an idea of how long to fix?  i hear ALL coders are tied up with managed payments right now ...
