view on all items 239 now show zero

Woke up this am to all of my 239 items view count showing zero, they were there yesterday but now all at zero.  No way to contact Ebay by email, chat is just auto and when I go to sellers community it gives a link to contact if you  have this problem, which just takes you to the help page to read articles and no way to contact.  Hitting the contact us link at bottom of page, keeps looping you to look up help that doesnt apply nor give anyway to contact.

Hey thanks for taking the time to reply.  I finally tried the chat, figured I could at least leave a message.  When I hit "other" for my problem, got option to speak to a human.  Took about 5 minutes wait to get transferred to proper dept. but did get to report.  Told I was added to the ticket and they would fix it in about 24-48 hours.

It's part of the fall update. I always encourage sellers to be ready for a down turn once an update is in progress.  I have seen it happen over and over again with the same issues repeating itself the following year. It should start recounting views here shortly.
