unable to report post

I was trying to report a post which is redirecting to an external site, but the report pulldown is empty.

I wonder if this is normal or if anyone can contact ebay? I have no contact options.

In some cases, trying another browser may help with that.

Sometimes I find that I cannot report an item on ebay.com at all -- sometimes going to ebay.ca allows me to report the item, though.
