21 years as a seller on EBAY and running into multiple tech problems along with a 64% loss in sales compared to same month in 2020.
Most recent problems started with inability to bulk list then inability to do partial refunds and today EBAY sent me a message titled " Promoted Listings has arrived". When I click on the message all is fine, however when I click "Learn More" and or "Start Today" this is the message I receive.

I spoke with an Ebay supervisor and her comment was "You just got the message today wait for 24 hours then try reading the message".
After 20 years plus I opted to go with free 30 day return as Ebay representatives encouraged me over and over as they claimed my sales will likely increase between 50%-60%. It was at this time we started watching our sales drop to where they are today. Though we found ourselves accepting 1-2 returns in a calendar year without accepting returns we now found 4 returns coming back in the first 4 weeks of accepting free 30 day returns. Two of those items were missing parts and or damaged but we were unable to do a partial payment on our end. After speaking with better than 10 Ebay representatives we were finally informed Ebay had a problem in their system. We finally went back to no returns. There is no doubt there is a problem within Ebays system that is disrupting our sales. However we are being told to either promote our listings and to go back to the free 30 day returns. It appears Ebay representatives would have us to believe we need to fix a problem opposed to accepting the fact that there could indeed be a problem within their system.
