i have contacted ebay twice in the past few months about my problem. i was hacked some time ago with a random listing of a 4x4 car (!) - ebay took the listing off but since then i cannot view messages. if i see i have 'active items with questions' i click on link but it takes me to a reply page without having seen the message. today i was sent a letter - an actual letter - because a person i bought from could not contact me through messages. NOT GOOD EBAY!
ebay say they can't do anything until the 'tech desk' do something.
this is seriously hampering my ability to use ebay.
ANYBODY having message problems????
