unable to print shipping labels through ebay

I can no longer print any shipping labels on ebay

All I get is a blank page

1. First, so you can get your items shipped, log in to PayPal and use them to print your labels.

2. Once you have your labels printed you might try clearing history, cookies, temp internet file, etc. on your laptop or computer

3. If you are using a mobile device switch to computer or laptop

4. Contact eBay if the problem persists
