unable to print shipping label

I have been selling and printing labels for shipping for months now with no issues until yesterday. When I press print labels it takes me to another screen but it only says in the small box "buy delivery on ebay"

but the screen stays white with no notices at all. Both items listed were to go Fed Ex. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I know my browser is outdated, but that didn't stop me from being able to print labels.
