Seller will not respond to me about item not received. I have emailed them 3 times.

I ordered item March 15, 2021. Estimated delivery shows March 31-April 16. I have been to post office twice trying to track my package. They cannot even find any info with tracking #. On my purchase history, it's not showing it's been delivered. Cause it hasn't. I have emailed the seller 3 times about getting refund. This is ridiculous having to wait almost 6 months and still haven't received item that I ordered and paid for. So I requested a refund from seller. Now they won't respond to my request for a refund.

Stop trying to communicate with the seller. They have already proved they aren't going to cooperate with you. You should have filed an "Item Not Received" claim on eBay 5 months ago. It's too late now. You have to file that within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. The only thing you can do now is a charge back on your credit card. You are running out of time to do that too, which is usually 6 months. Immediately contact your credit card company and indicate the item was not received and you want to file a charge back to get your money back. You will need all the documentation of the tracking number not showing delivered. Good luck.
