unable to list in bulk, when is it going to be fixed?

Why am I getting the following error message when trying to bulk relist?   

Seller requirements not met

• Your eBay account does not meet the requirements to sell on eBay. Please review the requirements and update your account before listing on eBay.

 when i click on "review the requirements" the link does not take me to my requirements.  and about "update your account"  what am i supposed to update?

This has been going on for 5 weeks whitout resolve.

Same issue here.  I have reached out and no one can find any issues with my account...
