unable to close item. The arrow on my items does not appear, only my first 3 have a up arrow that do

Are you able to cancel (close? end?) your listings if you use a different browser, or a private or incognito browser window? Or if you use a different link?

When you say "the arrow ... does not appear" that makes me wonder if you're not able to access the Actions drop down on your Seller Hub Active listings page. Generally when the arrow is hidden @subsrfun it's because you have to expand the column width. Click on the right line of the column and drag it to the right. When the column width is expanded wider, the arrow will appear.
