Good afternoon,
I have spent hours trying to figure out what is happening. I have a bunch of listing that need fixed but for the better sake of the argument I will just use 2 listing, 333869066384 and 272665671574. These two items are very similar in size and weight so the shipping dimensions are the same. I have double checked and triple checked the dimensions and the weight and all are the same on both listings. I have checked in shipping preferences to use UPS discounted rates. All extra handling is left empty. Anybody know what else I can check to help fix this issue.

The 6 things that can think of that impact on eBay calculated shipping:
1. Item location
2. Package type (letter, lg envelope, package, lg package)
3. Package dimensions
4. Package weight
5. Shipping provider/service
6. Buyer's zip

Probably not the issue, but your ship to locations are NOT exactly the same. Are you using business policies? I would check the USPS site and see what the retail price is to see which one is closer to what is being shown. I don't think there is a discount on ground... at least we don't see it or much pay attention to it. I always use a zip code the furthest away. Also, remove the MPN and see if that changes. It may be pulling weight info from eBay's catalog... which would be a bad thing. Strange nonetheless.

thanks for all that replied. Checked all suggestions and still have issues. Another ebay problem.
