trouble printing my shipping labels

hi im having difficulty printing my shipping labels. i click print shipping label for my order then i get this message: 

Something went wrong.

Sorry, an error occurred while loading the page. Please try again.

its been for a few hours now. can anyone help please thanks.

I would try a different browser to see if this is specific to a browser issue you may have.  Make sure your browser is up to date.  You didn't mention what OS and browser you are using.  I would be curious. You should be able to download your label and then print it at least for a temporary fix. You could also try restarting your computer, clearing your browser cache, etc.  Good luck.
