Having several ongoing problems.
1. Since three days ago, every item sold has shown up on my Performance->Tracking page/screen off my seller hub page, has been incorrectly marked as a Promoted Listed item. None of my listings are ever Promoted listings. Yet on my Performance->Tracking information Ebay generates for me to view, they are showing up as items that were Promoted Listings items. This is a big problem. Cannot trust the info Ebay is showing me as a seller.
2. My January 20th eval info, on my main Seller hub page, said if they evaluated me that day I'd be Top Rated. For the info being shown to me Ebay was going to rate me Top Rated, right there on my main Seller Hub page. They did not change my seller rating to Top Rated. Today is Feb 20, the next rating day, and again they said if they rated me today, I'd be Top Rated. My rating has not changed to Top Rated and this is my review day. More information being shown on the Seller Hub pages that Ebay provides sellers that you cannot put any trust in.
3. A recent new glitch problem is when a new notification alarm for a new message shows, and is clicked on to check, when coming back to the Seller Hub page, there is a fake "Respond to Offer" item showing, and when that is clicked on that to look at it, there is no actual offer to respond to. This is extremely frustrating that these false Respond to Offer items are being generated due to some glitch tied to message alarm notifications.
These problems need to be fixed. Bad info generated to sellers and false respond to offers being generated raking up our time and frustrating me are dropping the quality of the site for me.
