Does your seller ship to Malaysia?

If not, the seller may be blocking your payment even if you provide a different shipping address at checkout.

yes,he did .seller tell me to accept but i can't i try many time it still like this! seller tell me ask ebay,this is 5th time i purchase here,this never happend before

I had the same thing,  here's what fixed it - in eBay, go to 'My eBay', then go to 'Account', and then under 'Payment Information' click on 'Payments', which will ask you to sign in. After signing in to eBay Payments go to the eBay item and accept the offer.

As a Seller I accepted two offers and they are stuck in Pending for hours now.  Not sure what to do
