system is confused about which item to refund, etc MORE than one issue

Actually it's two technical issues NO, it's three all at once.

1- i went to report item not received. It was similar to another item from the same seller, also not received. I made the orders a few days apart and they were not identical,same  but different colors. It was more than 2 weeks past the final arrival date given.  I think they may have been marked as shipped together.

So the first one went ok. I reported it. HOWEVER the 2nd item i was not able to process as an Item Not Received. The system thought i was talking about the other item. But I was not. I had gone thru the links for each item separately. So in essence the system tried to deny me a refund for an item not received.

So i wandered thru  ebay help pages, and finally stumbled upon a link that would help me file Item not Received for the correct item. That did work.

( a few days ago i noticed the sytem had wrongly assigned a different return item as well- but it was a slightly different issue- just, it was not the correct item shown in my purchases record. It led me to believe i had not yet gotten it taken care of, only to find out IT WAS ALREADY. I buy a lot of things so i have to rely on the system to show me the record correctly! can't possibly remember them all).

2-In the meantime, before i found the right page, THE WIERD MESSED UP SYSTEM TRIED TO GIVE ME "HELP" IN CHOOSING AN ITEM RECENTLY PURCHASED. it showed me all the items i had been recently bidding on! NOT items i had actually purchased! I was supposed to choose items i was still bidding on! THAT IS JUST INSANE. it was supposed to show me items i had actually ordered, in order to get help with it.

SOMETHING IS DREADFULLY WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM.

3- i searched in vain for a link to report a site bug. THERE IS NONE! i did click the button to ask them to call me but THEY HAVE NOT CALLED.

THERE SHOULD BE A LINK IN HELP PAGES TO REPORT SITE BUGS FOR GOODNESS SAKE! this is serious shortcoming of this site. IT IS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL AND MADDENING TO NOT BE ABLE TO FIND ANY HELP OR ABILITY TO REPORT TECHNICAL ISSUES! THEY SHOULD HAVE A LINK FOR SITE BUGS!

FOR INSTANCE- I DID NOT BUY THESE- ONLY BID ON THEM. yet it's displayed as "ORDERS" to choose from - RIDICULOUS!  (see #2 above)
