store graphics are missing

My store graphics are missing.

Also when I click my store it says that this page does not exist.

I can get to my store by clicking nto an item first.

Not real sure how this is affecting my sales.

Please fix.

EBAY change stores ... and the CHANGE IS A FIASCO !!! NO SALES

@amyo48, your store is showing 30 categories. Maybe the new layout has a 30 category display limit?

same here.  If i go to a listing,  all my store info, header and custom catagories are there.  But if I click a custom catagorie  I get sent to a non sorted page with ALL my items  and not to the catagory i selected.  I tried going into manage my stores and fooling around with the theme or display settings but nothing has changed.   the top photo is an item lisitng with all my info,  the bottom is my store front with no header or custom catagories.    here are screen shots.  the top is my store no header or anything really.  and the bottom is a sales item....with header and catqagories

I read that you can have 300 categories.

My store has my categories correct - however if you look at an item 

and see the list alongside of that item page - it is a partial list !

No word from Alan for days.

Maybe there is another Tech that would be interested in all of our problems?

Please eBay - get a tech working for us.

Hello,

I've been having the exact same issue all week.  My custom interface is showing up in the listing but not showing up when you go to my actual store front.  The search function is completely not working and only a handful of catgories are showing up.  Was on hold with ebay support for 40 minutes and then was disconnected!  Can someone please file a ticket for me so my store can get back to normal?

Thank you for surfacing this concern. We're aware of this issue, which seems to only be impacting custom categories. We're working to fix this as soon as possible, and yet don't have a firm ETA on when the issue will be remedied. We understand you and your customers rely on your custom category structure to navigate your Store. Just got off the phone with ebay technical support and this particualr rep told me this is actually an update rolling out to all shops on ebay.  So eventually all storefronts on ebay will look identifcal apart from a customizeable logo a the top left hand corner.  He also confirmed the search funcation was not included on purpose and will not be added in the future. He also encourage me to contact as many of my ebay seller friends as possible to let them know about the update and to call in if they are unhappy with the change.  Can someone from ebay please confirm all this?

How come ebay makes all the changes and the poor store owner has to do all the work?

If we can only use ebay categories than that should have been known from the start.

Now it will take time to change everything- at this point I cannot even begin to imagine!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then when a change is made it takes time for all to get back on course -like the keywords used!

Maybe I'll just resort to one category - OTHER.

Alan, I have been so frustrated with eBay for so many months and have even looked into other selling venues. Your reply and assistance in these matters are so greatly appreciated. My biggest ongoing issue is the removal of my (and others) Watchers # which GREATLY affectes my/our sales in a Big Negative way. Have now spent more than 7 hours (honest-to god) on the phone trying to get this issue resolved and have literally wept in frustration in seeing ZERO done and my sales declining as a result. Thanks Allan, but my store photo has been the perfect size for 3 years now until these updates occurred. This photo issue happened about 3 weeks ago, I called, and it was resolved back to normal withing 2 days. Now it has happened again and though I've called CS, nothing has changed, still a big mess and driving away potential buyers. It is not a size issue and there are many other things wrong with my store front since the updates...happening to many others as well...format, things missing, etc.
