store categories gone with any format

Hello, no matter what template I use it says my categories should be on the top banner or left side nothing. I have tried it all and no matter what the categories just don’t show up.

I can see your Store Categories when I click on your store ... and your listings all show the categories on the left side.

I would like to just point out to you that putting contact info (facebook, instagram, tiktok, etc) is against policy.

I would remove all of that ... and your actual name ... before eBay catches it and removes your listings.
