i have a buyer who has commited to buy an item with a domestic address. He has not paid for the invoice, but now wants to ship to a foreign address. How do I revise the invoice.
Click on Send Invoice and add an international shipping option. Make sure buyer then selects that option when he pays and you see on the PayPal payment transaction that is it ok to ship to.
