Has anyone else seen this bug??
I use Auctiva to generate and manage my listings. Recently eBay started offering the option to accept best offers on auction items. Auctiva does not currently support this so once I post the item I then have to go to eBay and "revise listing" to add the best offer options.
However - when I make that change AND NOTHING ELSE, I find that the shipping charge has been changed as well. This is especially annoying as now I have to go back AGAIN and reset the shipping charge. I started noticing it over the past week. It was most noticeable when I posted a designer blanket, which is large and heavy and needs expensive shipping. eBay had automatically changed the shipping cost to USPS and $13, rather than the $50-odd that I would charge for Fed-Ex ground.
It is very annoying that I cannot contact eBay directly, since the phone contact option seems to have been disabled.
