"system unavailable" when trying to ship, but only on one order

I get the message:

"System Unavailable. We're having trouble processing your request. Please try again later."

when I try to print postage for one order.  All the other orders I had this morning worked just fine - I was able to buy and print postage for all.  But for some reason I get the above message when I click on Print Shipping Label under Manage Orders Awaiting Shipment.

The order record is different from the others.  With all the others, the fields with address, shipping info, and note to buyer are all editable, but not with this one.

Suggestions?

Managed to print the postage through Paypal, but it would be nice to figure out the problem

I got a notice from Ebay that the listing had been removed (after it sold??  wierd).  It gave an explanation as to why - it is newly prohibited item.  It was OK when I listed it, but not now.  Fortunately that was the last one 🙂

I can't print out my fedex mailing label. Its already been paid for but im getting the red error message below..

"!There seem to be some issue processing your request"
