I have a buyer who has not paid yet. I clicked on the "resolve a problem" link and it takes me to my login screen. I enter the credentials and it goes back to the login screen to enter again. Over and over and over again. I know I have the correct username/password combination in there. So bottom line is that I can't report an unpaid item. Has been this way for the last two days. Anyone else having this issue?

If you are using the old selling page "resolve a problem" link, try using Seller Hub instead, or else go through the Resolution Center or Feedback page.
Many users are getting stuck in a sign-in loop using the item link on the old selling page, so it is not just you. That particular link seems to not be working correctly.
