I have a buyer who has not paid yet. I clicked on the "resolve a
problem" link and it takes me to my login screen. I enter the
credentials and it goes back to the login screen to enter again. Over
and over and over again. I know I have the correct us...
I had three items that sold tonight as well and they are all showing in
my unsold section, even though I can see bids on them and if you click
on the item, it says your item sold. Three hours as well.
Where do you go to check if it's turned on or off? I've had a few
potential bidders message me that they were going to bid but they saw I
didn't accept PP. I have since the beginning and never changed anything.
