I've been trying to sell on eBay for weeks, but I haven't been able to.
I live in Brazil, so I had to create a Payoneer account to sell - after some years - on eBay again.
I sent all the requested information to both eBay and Payoneer.
eBay confirmed that my documents were received by them.
Payoneer also received and approved everything I sent to them (eBay has already received screenshots of my Payoneer account proving that there are no open requirements from Payoneer).
But I always get error messages when I try to list an item.
An error message used to appear before, but now another one appears.
This new message (which started appearing on 02/25/2023) says the following:
"You need to verify some details on your account. Until then, you will not be able to list additional items.{e153743-1056519x}"
However, when I click the "verify some details on your account" link, I am directed to "My eBay Selling Overview." And there is NOTHING there about verifying details - it's just my regular selling overview.
I really want to be able to sell on eBay again. Please let me know what I need to do.
You have asked me for screenshots of Payoneer Verification Center (I've sent them!).
You have asked me to disconnect my Payoneer and eBay accounts and relink them again (I did this!).
And yet it seems like nothing is working. Please help me.
The worst part is that eBay constantly sends me messages, saying that I must fix this problem by March 7th. Otherwise, my account will no longer be in "good standing."
My account has 100% positive feedback. I think it's unfair that I could suffer penalties for an error on eBay's part.
