"We looked everywhere" issue

In recent weeks as I've searched eBay for items I've encountered this statment:

We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages.

The help pages don't deal with this kind of problem. Since eBay can't find the page, I expect the organization to delete the information so I don't encounter such sloppy page management.

That can happen if an item listing is removed for a policy violation before the item is removed from the search index.
