This morning I noticed my TRS changed to "above standard". I founds it's due to an error on the "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" section of the seller dashboard page. I noticed several of my orders from 06/19 were marked as "Not uploaded at all" under the tracking report. But I did uploaded tracking in time and they correctly show under my order page being in transit with correct dates. So this is definitely an error. Anyone else noticed error in their tracking report for shipping? Hope this will be fixed promtly...

Same here -- over 45 minut phone wait so I'm assuming this is a known issue; I'm going to give it a day or so to see if it self-corrects. Right now my status is projected to be dropped from Top Rated to Above Standard with a 98% Late Shipping/Tracking record for the past six weeks which is absolutely wrong. Has to be a glitch.

Just checked our Seller Hub Overview page
An eBay Notification
at 4:12pm PDT
Begin at your Seller Hub Overview Main Page click on
Seller Level Forecast (one of the page's headings)
This heading may have a redcircle and "i" next to it
Our "status" above standard, happens to be incorrect and when you mouse over it
and click, this message is displayed:
A technical issue is causing projected 'tracking uploaded' rates to display incorrectly for some sellers. We're aware of this issue and are working to fix it as soon as possible. Your current seller level isn't affected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My tracking stats are back to normal. I was dreading that call to EBay.
I'll save the energy for the next glitch.
PS: My "views" stats are still not correct. Many just have a dash now instead of a 0.

That one is fixed, but there's a new one...
I have had this three times now - not consistently, but randomly, and only with the offers.
The shipping cost shown to the person making the offer is the shipping cost within my own zip code, not to theirs.
When they go to check out, or when I send them an invoice, then it shows them the actual shipping cost to their zip code. Needless to say, this can be a tad bit upsetting. All of my listings are set up using calculated shipping - I enter weight and dimension in the listing.
Here is what the latest buyer claims that customer support said to them, when I asked them to give me a screenshot of the winning bid email that they received showing the incorrect shipping cost.
I did talk to ebay they said that for some reason they are blaming you for not using the flat rate option, Ebay said by you not doing this then it automaticly charges people more money based on where they live.
They said that you must use the flat rate option to stop this from happening to your customers.
Ebay also said to tell you to discount the product sent to me to compensate the shipping charge.
Are you able to do that?

I'm guessing that this might be related to the code implemented in preparation for the "shipping from" zip code requirement on the latest seller update. Even though my listings all show the correct item location zip code.
Something related to the item location is the only thing that I can think of that would cause the buyer to see a shipping cost on an item with calculated shipping that would be that low. It seems to be just when they make an offer that this happens, though. Not if they pay the BIN price....

Corrected stats seem to have taken effect today; no sure if everyone is corrected now or not but if not just know that it appears they are rolling out the fix. ~M
