"Tracking uploaded on time and validated" Error

This morning I noticed my TRS changed to "above standard". I founds it's due to an error on the "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" section of the seller dashboard page. I noticed several of my orders from 06/19 were marked as "Not uploaded at all" under the tracking report. But I did uploaded tracking in time and they correctly show under my order page being in transit with correct dates. So this is definitely an error. Anyone else noticed error in their tracking report for shipping? Hope this will be fixed promtly...

Yep lots of us a known issue at this point.  Most of us are going to give it a few days to correct if not we are calling customer service.

Incredible, just WOW!
Another yet ANOTHER website glitch erroneously dinging sellers with perfect shipping metrics. Call me back EB so we can be told .."we're aware of the problem".

Unbelievable!!! Who creates these glitches? Job security justification? This type of glitch is pure seller harassment.

I am having the same issue today so my tracking uploaded percentage went from almost 100% to 5.95%...and they are warning me!!!... IT IS CRAZY!!!

Myself as well - 99.8% to 11.58 % on tracking uploaded on time and validated. Overview shows that 229 out of 259 transactions have "no tracking uploaded", yet when I click on the "get full report" it shows 1 item with tracking not uploaded in May.

there's an issue with this today - it was fine earlier this morning - i called to report it and was told they are working on the issue- please call them to report

Must be another wave of "glitches " this morning...I notice that the call wait time keeps going up on the help line number for seller performance standards. I can't wait to have a rep explain to me "When you sell and ship an item, all tracking has to be uploaded, or it affects your seller metrics.  You should make sure that you upload your tracking numbers all the time. We have a tutorial that shows you how to do this, etc. "

Really? Gee, how silly of me not to write and implement code that automatically uploads a tracking number when I purchase postage through Ebay. I forgot to do that.

I've been on here selling since 1995 when it was AuctionWeb, and it just gets more convoluted every year.

Hi! I have already spoken with eBay and reported the glitch. My late tracking puts me @ 16%. PS: I would suggest on any late shipment to review PayPal. Serveral of mine show on eBay, were paid and should be shipped; but PayPal shows paid day/days after. Have a great 4th!

Another day, another eBay problem that negatively affects sellers!

I NEVER ship an item more than 24 hours after payment. In fact most have paid labels and are ready for shipment within an hour. Every listing, every day.

After a week of eBay losing photos on 200+ of my listings with no fix in sight. Now I have to deal with this **bleep**? My Tracking Uploaded on Time and Validated just went from 100%, which it always is, to 3.52%. Yes, I'm sure it's only a glitch. Yes, I know the answer will only be, "we're working on it," with no real answers given.

Yet another daily instance where eBay holds sellers' feet to the fire over the tiniest issues and things that we have no control over, like the time it takes for USPS to get an item from point A to point B, but takes no proactive responsibility for endless issues they casue and offer no timeline for a solution and no compensation for our inconvenience, lack of sales and extra work.

Again, eBay chooses to treat sellers like pure garbage.
