"Time remaining" Not displaying properly on summary view page.

Another bug/glitch is  now occuring on my Summary page.  Started within the last few days.  The time remaining on my bids and veiwed items will not display.  All it shows "Time Remaining" where it use to show the actual time remaining i.e. clock/hours or number of days remaining before auction ends.  Sometimes by refreshing the page it will come back, but not consistantly.  This is a very annoying problem.  I am missing out on items because I cant tell when the listings end.  This is Very much like the missing view counter problem.

I have no idea, other than Ebay is implementing some new feature to the page on just cant leave things alone.  What ever it is, it needs to stop.   I get a few weeks where everything was working fine and then it gets screwed up again.  

Also anyone else note how slow Ebay pages are loading now?  Very suspicious If you ask me.  For what the Summer update did to sellers and buyers, I can only wonder and cringe to think of what the Fall updates will do.  Do we really need an update?  Do we really need to sign in through Facebook?  ....... More unnecessary **bleep**.

I have only one objection to your analysis.

I use Safari for everything.

the popups only come when tab is on eBay

they used to come up on yahoo occasionally

but I gave up on it.

All,

I’ve been going nuts over this “time left” issue and it’s been driving me nuts for weeks!  I figured out a fix, although it’s not a complete fix to my liking but at least I get my **bleep** "time left" display back!  It’s a different page view as well.  Over on the left hand side of your current summary page click  "Watching"  It will bring you to that page and a new view.  Now look towards the top right hand side of the screen, you’ll see your seller name underneath “Tell us what you think”.  Next to your name is a banner,  click on the banner making it your eBay home page and it will show you your times in the new page view.

Now I did find out that it will go back to the old view if you move your mouse over My eBay and then select summary. But if you go down too Watching it brings you to the correct page.

but it is apparently working on the WATCHING page : )

This is not a FIX . Please do not dramatize anymore, especially when you are wrong. The Watch List page is hopelessly cluttered and unusable. The problem that everyone here would like to see fixed is to re-establish the working countdown timer on the Summary page. This has not been done, has not been addressed, and is being actively ignored by Ebay as it is a well known and well documented issue.

The hide and show hidden boxes are all messed too. If you hide something, it disapears for ever when the auction is over..

Just came here to confirm that the summary page is working again. The timer show up, the checkboxes are that and the payment page is finally stable.

I have the same issue which is so annoying – I'd missed my own auction end so I didn't get a chance to watch bidding & ultimately, the non-sale of the item. Had I realised this was the case I would have  reviewed the price... & that leads me to the next gripe...

I attempted to alter/adjust/review my item & eBay would not allow me to do so – I had to include a screenshot of a typed Postage change in the hope that buyers would realise & I would possibly get a better response.

Two very important issues that need to be rectified ASAP!!!
