I can't buy any items, everything is marked as "This item is out of stock."
but that's not true , when I'm logged out, none of them are out of stock , when I log in they become again .
Contacting support is a nightmare, what else can I do?

Post the item numbers and a screenshot of the issue.

Can you purchase as a guest? Or using a different eBay account?
There may be an issue with your account. I am having trouble reaching your feedback page or your profile page for this account.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:

If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media:

If there are no listings which ship to your location, this can happen.

thank you for your answer and time
yes, as a guest or from another account, everything is ok
it's probably just a problem with my account
can't I just report the problem somewhere simply , or I have to waste a lot of time and nerves with a cumbersome support
I think it's easier to register a new account

Where is your registered address, and where is your shipping address located?
That item is not available to be shipped to some countries in Europe; Germany for example. It could be related to the new restrictions on selling and importing items to Europe and Germany which are going into effect about now.

The seller is in the US and my shipping address is US.
This is some kind of bug in the eBay system.
A few months ago I had the different problem with my account, 100 messages exchanged with 10 different operators, very tiring and a lot of wasted time , instead of things being simpler, here everything is more complicated ...
My account seems to have been fixed, but since then there's been this problem, they screwed something up.

What I asked was: where is your registered address? (Not where the seller is.)
What was the problem you ran into before, and what did they do to fix it?
Have you changed your user ID?
There are issues with this ID that you are using here in the community forums:

Agreed. Even the link to their profile page spits out an error message, "Sorry this user was not found."

Definitely an issue with your account @commanderboy . What was the issue you had a couple months ago?

I couldn't log in.
And that was the nightmare with them
Support dragged me out for a week, I corresponded with a bunch of operators and nothing. In the end, they told me not to contact them anymore about this problem, once the developers have solved it, they will say.
ebay don't have someone responsible who understand the problem and who should have checked my account in detail after his failed repair . They only has semi-skilled support, which does not work according to common sense, but according to pre-made templates for work.
