When clicking on items in my store, I get this message "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time." And on Ebay search I get a similar message for other sellers. I am unable to see anything regarding the item in my store, or on Ebay search except this message. This has been going on for 2 days for me! Too long.
Now, I know this must be affecting sales and I see other sellers have said the same has happened to them on this forum. I sure hope this is being worked on!

FWIW, I ticked on a couple of your listings and see them. But I've never heard of this problem... 🤔

Does the problem go away if you clear your cache ("for all time"), manually delete just your eBay cookies and restart your browser?

I'm also having this issue trying to view the listings on my saved sellers. I can see the items in the store pages, but when I click on them I get that error. I hope eBay fixes this so ya'll can get your sales.

It looks like this has been fixed! I no longer am getting that message using iOS Chrome for your listings in your store or mine 🙂

And it is specific to getting to your items through the store front. I clicked on one of your items through your storefront and got that message.
If I tried to access or edit any listing via my store front I got this message on every listing. You have to go through your active listings to edit anything.
But I definitely got that message when clicking on your for sale items through your storefront also.

I did the same and it works. But if you click on her store front and try and access any listing that way, the message comes up.

But what if a buyer is using Google Chrome, seems like the message still appears. It might work so that you can access your own items, I hope yours is fixed though, that would be great news!

But what if a buyer is using Google Chrome, seems like the message still appears.
The problem is not necessarily related to the type of browser, but rather conflicting data in the user's browser cookies. Once the cookie data is overwritten, it should work again; this is why manually erasing eBay cookies and restarting the browser works.
Normally, when there are changes like that, cookie data should be overwritten automatically the next time the page is visited. That may not always happen as it should, though.

Thank you everyone for bringing this to our attention. The proper team is now aware of this and is working to get this resolved. In the meantime it seems that clearing cache and cookies seems to be resolving the issue for those experiencing this, so please give that a shot.

I have been experiencing this issue since the 14th and immediately reported the problem to customer service and messaged ebay for business on facebook. I have cleared my cache, cookies and browsing history for all time. I have done everything imaginable and still no luck. I actually went in to purchase ebay shipping supplies today and had to exit because I could not open anything in the store, I know the work around, but buyers likely do not. So now I know exactly what buyers are experiencing. There are sellers receiving messages from buyers stating they cannot get to items in their store. Hopefully this can be resolved soon. For sellers like me where I my store is more of a niche, customers shop mostly via stores not through ebay search.

It appears that the problem has been resolved, this morning I was able to open listings in stores. The pop-up view no longer has the error message. Thanks so much!
