"Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label" error since 10/16/20

I'm trying to ship an item via UPS Ground and I've been getting this error when trying to do so since Friday 10/16/20:

"Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label" (screenshot attached from "Ship your order" page).

I've tried calling eBay support 3x to no avail. They said it's a bug that will be fixed "within 24 hours." It is not fixed four days later. I've also tried every workaround I could think of, such as trying the shipping in bulk option. Nothing works.

I'm wondering if others are experiencing this and have found solutions?

Unless you are getting a particular error or there is a problem with the address itself, see if anything in this thread helps:

If not, you might try posting your question on the Selling board -- lots of sellers there have experience getting around various eBay errors

Thank you for the help! I tried using PayPal to generate the label but the cost was $40 more. I will try posting to the Selling board.

Having the same problem for all of my labels, buying usps labels for multiple orders. Definitely not a problem with the address(es).
