Recently Viewed seems to be working for me in several different desktop browsers.

What browser are you using? Any difference if you use another?

What happens when you try to load the page?

Any difference if you hold down the shift key and refresh the page?

The link that appears on the home page may not be working, but the link in the My eBay drop-down menu in the top right of the page seems to work.

I'm having the same problem.  Just started yesterday.  Links are displayed in black and don't change color.  They are underlined when I point to them.
