When selecting option

it opens at page at https://www.ebay.co.uk/res/ItemNotReceived/EscalateRequest...

when attempting to send completed form it returns an error message...

 

"Oops, we had a technical hiccup Please try again later."

This is very frustrating as it is part of the resolution process for an ongoing issue and it just fails, significantly adding to the stress involved.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the purchase on ebay.co.uk, and then try using the link here:
