My entire store has completely disappeared.
Password reset does not work because both my username and email give the "Oops, that's not a match" nonsense error.
I've been on hold with the department that handles potentially hacked accounts for over 3 hours now, as per the suggestion by an eBay chat representative. The number they gave is (866) 961-9253. It's midnight at the time of this post.
This is ridiculous. I've now had a full 8 hours without access to my accounts. This killed communication with customers mid-conversation. 2 orders have fallen through during this period causing me to lose out on nearly $12k in revenue. Unbelievable.

Also, to those who are wondering, I had to create another burner eBay account just to post this. I can't find help for this anywhere. All the forums have had unhelpful information and the phone number provided by the rep remains fruitless.

If those are the folks you are talking to, they should be able to help.
