"No services available" when trying to print a shipping label.

First time this has happened. I have been printing shipping labels on ebay for years with no issues but this morning when trying to print four separate labels I am getting the message " No services available" for only one of the labels, the others are fine.

Anyone else have this problem?

My problem was that they charged me for shipping, after paypal charged me for the same item. Now Ebay says its paypals fault, paypal says its ebays problem. Mean while I have try to get a refund, ebays new payment system is in disarry, and it effects all other functions.
