My "MANAGE STORE" is not functioning. I am unable to make any changes to the banner or highlighted listings. Pop-ups (which are a new function) do not download fully to the point where there is a "SAVE CHANGES" button. I am working on Apple Safari desk top computer.
Any difference if you try another browser such as Firefox?
If you are using an old bookmark to reach or manage your store, try a different link. Navigate to your store page from one of your listings, and see if you can go from there.
Same issue here, tried other browsers. The error is not related to how browser handles the page, the error message is embedded inside EBay page, it's ebay error message,
